Where can I find a dress like this?

that dress if from the teen vogue 2009 issue onthe snapshot page. where do you think that i would be able to find a dress like this? It’s probably from a vintage shop but just wondering if anyone knew a certain store?
and what about the sweater? i found some things kind of like it but not close enough at wet seal and forever 21.

You could probably find something similar at Forever 21; I might also try Anthropologie, though it’ll probably be more expensive. Good luck!
